BENEFICIARY
  • Students from the B40 household income group (B40 group) who have been identified by the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE) and approved by Yayasan Tenaga Nasional (YTN)
  • Form four (4) and five (5) students who continue their studies at 9 Technical Secondary Schools (SMT) in Malaysia for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) studies
CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVE (Program objectives):
  • Provide educational assistance to students from families with B40 household income to enable students to get a better education;
  • Continuation of the existing MyBF Bursary Programme, where students are expected to continue their studies at the higher education level at Public Institutions of Higher Learning (IPTA) under the sponsorship of the MYBF Bursary Programme; And
  • Support the government’s agenda in empowering Science Technology Engineering Mathematic (STEM) and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
CAMPAIGN DURATION
  • The program starts for the 2025 School Session.
BENEFICIARY CATEGORY
  • The beneficiaries are form four (4) and five (5) students at Technical Secondary Schools (SMT) in Malaysia
  • Payment to students is made every 3 months
BENEFIT (TYPE OF BENEFIT)
  • School Preparation Allowance – RM300 per year
  • Living Allowance – RM100 per month
  • Total amount per student for a period of two (2) years – RM3,000
COLLECTION TARGET
  • Number of Students: 20 students
  • Total Collection: RM60,000 (RM3,000 per student)
  • Campaign Date: 18 December 2024 to 31 December 2026
